The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (USDOT FMSCA) partners with and regulates the commercial truck and bus industry. Along with education and resources for industry, FMCSA strives to help the public take action to protect themselves.
As lead designer for the Our Roads, Our Safety outreach campaign, I produced annual calendars and social media graphics for the Road Safety Art Contest over the course of several years. This contest allows children in kindergarten through sixth grade (ages 5-12) use their creativity and talent to help raise awareness of how to stay safe on the roads. 
Winners of the Annual Road Safety Art Contest are featured in the FMCSA Road Safety Art Contest Calendars each year, and have their work framed at FMCSA headquarters. Using the winning artwork, I also created a coloring book that was distributed to the winners in 2019.
